About Us

We believe that small changes can make a big difference. Whether you want to eat better for yourself or improve food choices for your family, we welcome you to join us for a great hands-on experience. We are a diverse team of educators working in communities all over the Hudson Valley. You can find us teaching in schools, senior housing, local community centers, and more. Our English, Spanish, and French-speaking educators will work with you and give you some tips and tricks to shop for and cook healthy meals so that you can stretch your SNAP dollars while choosing healthier choices.
